CREDITEXPRESS INKASSO Poland Sp. z o.o. since December 2005 has been among the members of the Union of Financial Companies in Poland which fully accept the obligations arising from the adopted Principles of Best Practice.
The Principles of Good Practice is a document containing set of rules of conduct adopted for application by enterprises operating on the financial market that are members of the Polish Financial Corporation.
Once a year, we undergo an Ethical Audit conducted by the ZPF Ethics Committee, checking compliance with the Good Practice Principles.
We are pleased to announce that CREDITEXPRESS INKASSO Poland Sp. z o.o. received again the ZPF Ethical Certificate, which expires on March 31, 2021. This confirms that our company has successfully passed the verification of the ethics audit questionnaire. In accordance with this certificate, we follow the rules of communication with indebted persons, methods of accepting complaints, we meet high standards of personal data protection and we do not use any prohibited practices in our activities.

In February 2006, for the first time, we implemented the Quality Management System and obtained the Quality Management System Certificate in the field of debt collection, debt management and trade.
The current certificate was issued on February 19, 2018 by a renowned external audit body – TÜV NORD Cert GmbH, whose certificates are recognized all over the world. The certificate is valid until February 18, 2021 and concerns the standard: PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
