On 29th June, four BMW Call Center colleagues took off from Prague to Munich in a new BMW X6 series.
In Munich, we checked-in at a likeable NH hotel. Since the hotel was near the down town, we spent the afternoon sightseeing Munich and took many photos together.
After a hearty breakfast, we headed to BMW Welt for a treat at the BMW Brand and Customer Institute: a 9 hour training course. We were greeted by H.P. and Alex, two energetic hosts who conveyed the BMW Group brands and their values in a unique and memorable manner.
After understanding the basic brand principles introduction, we explored the BMW house of brands which, among others, includes brands BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, and subbrands BMW M and BMW i.
By employing the interactive teaching styles of brainstorming, thinking in pairs and sharing, buzz sessions and Q&A sessions we became familiar with BMW Group brands in all senses so as to develop a broad understanding of the individual brand identities. Our hosts helped incorporate our individual experience and ideas in workshops which maximized our personal learning benefit.
The four of us concluded this inspirational and energizing training by further exploring the automotive exibitions on our own, after which we followed to Prague. This trip gived us new knowledge in automotive world and also boosted team members’ communication.
